Terms of Service

Effective date: May 29, 2026

1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Xebora, including the website, dashboard, automation features, integrations, generated content, messaging workflows, and related services.

By creating an account, starting a trial, connecting a third-party account, approving generated content, or using the service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or the business you represent.

2. Service overview

Xebora helps local businesses manage online visibility by preparing social posts, Google Business Profile updates, review replies, reminders, reports, and related marketing workflows.

You remain responsible for your business information, offers, claims, regulated statements, customer relationships, and final approval of any content that is published or sent through connected platforms.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you use Xebora for a business, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that business.

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account or connected platform credentials have been compromised.

4. Third-party platforms

Xebora connects with services such as Google Business Profile, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Stripe, messaging providers, analytics providers, hosting providers, and AI infrastructure providers.

Third-party platforms may change or limit their APIs, review processes, account rules, messaging policies, content policies, rate limits, or availability. Xebora is not responsible for platform outages, rejected posts, account restrictions, ranking changes, review moderation, or policy decisions made by those platforms.

5. Generated content and approvals

Generated content may include drafts, captions, replies, profile suggestions, images, planning notes, and recommendations. You must review generated content before relying on it for legal, medical, financial, regulated, promotional, or customer-facing statements.

Where the service offers automatic publishing or reply workflows, you authorize Xebora to act on your instructions and connected-account permissions. You can disable or adjust automation settings in the product where available.

6. Messaging consent

If you provide a phone number and consent to receive messages, Xebora may send service messages, approval prompts, product updates, and account notices by text message, WhatsApp, or another selected channel. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out of promotional or non-essential messaging as described in the product or message footer. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help where supported.

7. Subscriptions, trials, billing, and cancellation

Paid plans, trial terms, pricing, included features, and billing intervals are shown at checkout or in the billing area. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

You authorize Xebora and its payment processor to charge applicable fees, taxes, and recurring subscription amounts. You can cancel a subscription through the billing area or by contacting support. Access may continue until the end of the paid billing period unless stated otherwise at checkout.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use Xebora to violate laws, infringe rights, mislead customers, publish unlawful or harmful content, send unauthorized messages, scrape or abuse third-party platforms, reverse engineer the service, interfere with security, or overload the infrastructure.

We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe your use creates risk for Xebora, other customers, third-party platforms, or the public.

9. Privacy and data

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, retain, disclose, and protect personal information. By using Xebora, you acknowledge that personal information will be handled as described in that policy.

If you connect third-party accounts, you authorize Xebora to access, process, and store the information needed to provide the requested service.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Xebora does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific search rankings, specific customer acquisition results, review outcomes, platform approval, or revenue increases.

Recommendations, reports, and generated content are informational and operational aids. They are not legal, tax, medical, financial, or professional advice.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xebora will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, or platform account actions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xebora's total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid to Xebora for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page, and material changes may be communicated through the product or by email.
