Data Deletion

Effective date: May 29, 2026

How to request deletion

You can request deletion of your Xebora account data or connected-platform data at any time.

  1. Sign in to your Xebora account.
  2. Open settings and disconnect any Google, Facebook, Instagram, or messaging integrations you no longer want Xebora to access.
  3. Contact support@xebora.com with the subject "Data deletion request" and include the account email address.
  4. We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.

What can be deleted

  • Account profile information such as name, email address, preferences, and authentication metadata where deletion is permitted.
  • Connected-platform access tokens and synced data from Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, and messaging providers.
  • Drafts, generated captions, review reply drafts, planning records, uploaded media, approval records, and content history stored in Xebora.
  • Messaging records associated with approval and support workflows, subject to legal, security, and provider retention requirements.

Timing and retained records

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days unless a shorter period is required by applicable law or a longer period is permitted for security, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, legal, dispute, backup, or compliance purposes.

Content already published to Google, Facebook, Instagram, or another third-party platform is not automatically removed from those platforms when Xebora data is deleted. You can remove published content directly on the relevant platform.

For Meta app removal events, Xebora also supports the configured data deletion callback and status endpoints required by Meta platform policies.
